Requirements

• Cat lover with a passion for pet care
• Leadership & KPI-driven – Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets
• Retail & customer service experience – Understanding of sales and hospitality
• Proactive & punctual – Committed to smooth operations
• Social media skills – Familiarity with online engagement is a plus
• Photo / video editing skills – Advantageous for content creation
• Willing to relocate – Preferred for Klang Valley branches

Responsibilities :

Train and supervise staff to ensure high service standards, especially in grooming / SPA, cleaning, and cat care

Enforce and adhere to each SOP accordingly.

Lead and work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about the services provided.

Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls and email inquiries regarding booking requests or questions.

Assist customers in selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs.

Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.

Prepare invoices and receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes.

Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at the reception desk and reorder supplies when necessary.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the lobby and other common areas visible from the front desk.
