Overview

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for a leading player in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 50 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

Managing a headcount of 50

The role

Team Leadership : Supervise and lead a team of local and foreign workers on the shop floor. Foster a positive and safe work environment, manage attendance, and conduct training to develop team skills and ensure high productivity.

Operational Management : Oversee daily manufacturing activities, including the operation of processing equipment such as welding, assembly, and painting / powder coating . Ensure all production goals are met on time and within quality specifications.

Compliance & Quality : Implement and maintain the execution of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Actively participate in external audits and inspections, including those related to CTPAT, Sedex, and anti-terrorism for US customers.

Process Expertise : Use your knowledge of painting / powder coating processes and environmental protection equipment to optimize operations.

Problem-Solving : Utilize your hands-on experience to troubleshoot operational issues and equipment problems, guiding the team in resolving challenges quickly and effectively.

The experience

Diploma or above, preferably in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to serve many Mandarin-speaking clients.
