Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager and transmitting guidelines and priorities to the restaurant team.
  • Organizing, leading, training, and developing the restaurant team.
  • Welcoming clients and being aware of their needs.
  • Creating a warm and friendly ambience, decorating according to evening themes.
  • Maintaining facilities and material.
  • Ensuring adherence to Club Med’s standards, and applying hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Supervising the buffet.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma / advanced / higher / graduate diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Preferably managerial level specialized in Hotel Management / Tourism Services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – build trusted relationships with guests.
  • Efficient – manage priorities and ensure timely service.
  • Attentive – provide personalized service to each guest.
  • Willing to relocate to Club Med Bintan, Indonesia.
