Position Overview
The Marketing Executive will assist the Brand and Marketing Manager in executing creative and strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, and market research.
You will play an important role in expanding BROS’ brand presence through digital channels, event activations, and brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop engaging and simple content for effective marketing mechanisms to communicate campaigns, contests and product information clearly.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce visual and video content that aligns with the brand to enhance customer engagement.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow BROS’ social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.Track trends and apply insights to boost audience engagement and visibility.Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.Ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy and tone of voice.Brand Collaborations
Identify potential brand partners based on ongoing campaigns and current market relevance.Propose creative collaboration ideas that align with the brand’s goals and consumer interests.Event Support and Location Strategy
Support the planning and coordination of brand events and roadshows.Stay informed about popular malls and locations in Malaysia and provide suggestions for brand exposure based on audience relevance and shopping trends.Market Research and Insights
Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.Translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing direction.Performance Analysis
Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools.Provide insights to improve future campaigns and content strategies.Perform ad‑hoc tasks as and when assigned.Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related roleDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalentStrong writing and verbal communication skillsProficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systemsGood organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsStrong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectivenessFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platformsCreative eye with basic working knowledge of image editing and visual designExperience in photography, videography, or video editingAbility to write compelling copy for marketing content, videos, or short scriptsSeniority level : Mid‑Senior level
