Pool Attendant / Lifeguard at Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil. The hotel is located in Bukit Jalil, within Kuala Lumpur, featuring 250 guestrooms, a three‑meal restaurant, a large ballroom, 4 meeting rooms, a rooftop restaurant, a fitness centre and a sky pool. The role reports to the Front Office Manager. Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open only to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Provide professional, courteous and caring service to guests and associates; handle inquiries and report complaints with follow‑up as needed; maintain positive guest and colleague relations.
• Operational : Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the pool area; assist in Front Office duties when required (e.g., Concierge); maintain vigilance during pool activities and respond to situations; be knowledgeable in first aid and life‑saving techniques; perform opening and closing procedures; ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area; rotate within departments as assigned; be fully conversant with all hotel services and facilities.
• Guest safety and information : Provide correct information and advise guests on hotel services / activities; prioritize guest safety and service.
