The ERP Program Manager will lead the end-to-end discovery, implementation, optimization, and governance of ERP systems across Frencken’s IMS Division. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, harmonizing business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across manufacturing, finance and supply chain operations.
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the ERP program roadmap aligned with IMS’s operational and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with external ERP consultants and lead cross-functional teams through all phases of ERP lifecycle : planning, design, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and other external stakeholders vendors to ensure business alignment and operational accountability.
Process Harmonization & Optimization
Map and drive standardization and simplification of core processes across sites (e.g., procurement, inventory, production, finance).Enable the centralization of core operational processes with close alignment to Corporate and IMS functional plans.Drive process reengineering and change management initiatives to maximize ERP value realization.Ensure integration with CRM, HRMS, consolidation application and other global enterprise platforms.Governance & Compliance
Establish program governance structures, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.Ensure ERP configurations and workflows comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning for ERP-related operations.Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Partner with site leaders, functional heads, and global teams to ensure successful adoption.Design and deliver training, communication, and user enablement strategies.Foster a culture of digital fluency and continuous improvement.Conduct recurring reviews with stakeholders on progress milestones and manage the budget.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.8+ years of experience in ERP program management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proven track record in leading multi-site program ERP rollouts and / or transformations.Strong understanding of supply chain, finance, and manufacturing operations.PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.Seniority level
