TNG Digital WP. Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia We are hiring for a Quality Assurance role within a Fintech environment. Responsibilities

Execute the QA Vision : support and execute the Head of QA's vision and the company's strategic direction, adhering to established best practices and processes.

Collaborate Effectively : work closely with the QA Lead, team members, and internal and external stakeholders to support end-to-end testing, QA activities, agile sprints, and project phases.

Analyze Requirements : perform detailed requirements analysis, study, and test planning; highlight concerns early to mitigate risks and gaps in QA delivery.

Plan Comprehensive Testing : prepare detailed test analyses to ensure proper coverage from functional and user perspectives.

Develop High-Quality Test Cases : write reusable test cases for Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, API, Compatibility, System Integration, Performance (if applicable), and Disaster Recovery testing for Mobile (iOS / Android) and Web applications.

Automate Tests : automate test cases with a focus on reusability and long-term maintainability to support frequent regression testing and releases.

Maintain Documentation : keep test cases, test scripts, QA documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and status reports up to date.

Support DevOps Practices : be familiar with code merges, deployments, and basic DevOps activities to support test environments and release activities.

Execute Test Plans : execute planned test cases with proper coverage and adherence to timelines.

Support UAT : assist User Acceptance Testing during project and sprint activities.

Manage Defects : log detailed status and defect reports and ensure timely closure.

Analyze Defects : conduct defect analyses and improve test coverage to reduce escaped defects.

Provide Post-Production Support : assist with hotfixes and post-production testing and troubleshooting as needed.

Apply Domain Knowledge : demonstrate solid domain knowledge to ensure high QA deliverables throughout the lifecycle.

Adapt to Change : work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Experience : 1–2 years of hands-on testing experience with Mobile (iOS and Android), cross-browser platforms, and web applications. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Skills : strong teamwork, keen attention to detail, proactive, analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented.

Knowledge : understanding of software testing methodologies; experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python); familiarity with BDD and TDD frameworks.

Industry Knowledge : Fintech / e-wallet knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Tools : Experience with Jira, Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, Git, Jenkins, cloud platform tools.

Certifications : ISTQB-CTFL is advantageous.
