Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals
• Propose and design new concepts for each client according to their desired needs.
• Attend meetings and liaise with customers. Understanding their needs and translating them into workable concepts and design
• Handle all documentation required on project requirements
• Propose suitable construction materials, color scheme, materials needed, carpet, carpentry works and etc.
• Liaise with the team during the current progress of all ongoing projects
• Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done
• Analyze and inspect problematic areas in sites.
