Qualifications

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience :
At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment of related field is preferred.
EMS - PCBA Manufacturing industry experience
Skills :
Able to read the Engineering drawings.
Understand design processes for products.
Identify and design tools related to the process.
Troubleshoot all daily production related issues.
Implement new processes / methods for efficient production.
Cycle time improvement.
Knowledge of ISO QMS 9001 management.
Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Set up new production line.

Work with customer for new product NPI stage.

Problem solving for product & process quality issues.

Manage manufacturing engineering operation.

Develop and maintain process WI / SOP for the product line.

Evaluate & select various engineered materials & BOM issues.

New production process set up with effectiveness control plan.

Troubleshoot product / process related quality, cost, delivery issues for improvement.

Implement safety, productivity in the working environment.

Interface with production and all activities associated with the new process implementation & transfer.

Oversee new process equipment production.

Working follows the ISO QMS management.

Communication with customer on product or process quality issues for yield improvement.

Maintain the working area in a good 5S & safety working environment.

Provide support to Senior process engineer.
