Role Description

We are seeking experienced Korean<>

English Interpreters for a contract remote role. The interpreters will perform real-time verbal interpretations during phone and video calls, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Additional tasks include efficiently managing call logs, adhering to company policies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific terminology. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to deliver precise interpretations under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Korean and English languages
• Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances
• Experience with on-demand call systems for OPI and VRI
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• HIPAA compliance knowledge is a plus
• Previous experience in healthcare or business interpretation is beneficial
