Job Description

  • Manage Affiliates : Own end-to-end relationships with Shopee Affiliates, from onboarding to performance tracking and engagement.
  • Campaign Coordination : Work closely with internal teams and partners to plan and execute Affiliate activities across platforms.
  • Performance Optimization : Analyze data to evaluate campaign impact and continuously improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work with marketing, analytics, operations, and product teams to align campaign goals and streamline Affiliate operations.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on influencer trends, content formats, and competitor programs to keep Shopee ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Campaigns.
  • Experience managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or content creators.
  • Comfortable using data and Excel / Google Sheets to drive performance decisions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce, social media, and the creator economy.
