Our client is a Listed Company established in 2013, a leading clean energy service provider in Malaysia, specializing in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of solar photovoltaic (PV) facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Produce clear, engaging, and original content in English for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Content Strategy : Lead and contribute to content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Propose and execute compelling campaign ideas.
- SEO Optimization : Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to maximize content visibility.
- Social Media Management : Develop and manage content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more to drive engagement and growth.
- Content Calendar Management : Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent output.
- Performance Analysis : Track content performance using analytics tools and make data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, and video teams to deliver cohesive and impactful content campaigns.
- Research & Industry Awareness : Stay updated on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to ensure relevant and timely content.
- Editing & Proofreading : Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness before publication.
- Brand Voice : Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all content types and platforms.
- Content Repurposing : Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats (e.g., social posts, infographics, video scripts) for multi-channel use.
Requirements
1 year of proven experiencein content creation, campaign marketing, or a similar role.

Strongcopywriting and content development skillsinEnglish
Experience leading content planning and working independently with minimal supervision.
Solid understanding ofdigital marketing, customer journey mapping, and content funnels.
Proficiency inSEOand keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong portfolio showcasing content across different formats and platforms.
Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
