SS Management Corporate Service – Jitra, Kedah
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology professional to join our dynamic team at SS MANAGEMENT CORPORATE SERVICES SDN. BHD.'. In this full-time position based in Jitra, Kedah, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organisation
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Implementing and configuring new IT systems and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Assisting with the development and deployment of custom software solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential IT issues to minimise downtime and disruptions
- Providing training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and applications
- Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve our capabilities
