Overview

Able to review drawings from consultants and use that information to come up with the best possible solutions for the project assigned. To execute design for the township development with consultants & teams to drive the right outcomes. Study, highlight, and resolve interferences, discrepancies, and errors / omissions of drawings and specifications. To communicate and coordinate with Project Team, QS Team, Marketing Team etc.

Responsibilities

Review drawings from consultants and use information to derive best possible project solutions.
Execute design for township development in collaboration with consultants and teams to drive desired outcomes.
Study, highlight, and resolve interferences, discrepancies, and errors / omissions in drawings and specifications.
Communicate and coordinate with Project Team, QS Team, Marketing Team, etc.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Certification in Architecture or equivalent.

1 year of experience in the field.

Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Ability to interpret drawings and details.

Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup.

Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
