Penerangan pekerjaanAI Product Strategy & Delivery Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs. Own end-to-end implementation of AI and tech projects — from planning to launch. Identify operational gaps and implement AI / automation solutions that enable rapid scaling. Hands-on Project Implementation Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools. Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing business processes. Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve measurable impact. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment Coordinate AI initiatives across departments to maintain alignment and execution momentum. Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to keep projects moving forward. Partner with department heads to identify execution blockers and drive solutions effectively. Product Ownership Take ownership of AI-related initiatives that don’t have a clear “home.” Lead pilot programs and new product initiatives from ideation to execution. Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to support long-term AI adoption. Treat the company’s success as your own, taking deep responsibility for outcomes. Enjoy working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities. Take pride in delivering tangible results, not just ideas. Operate with integrity, intensity, and a low-ego, solution-first mindset. Have a builder’s mentality : hands-on, resourceful, and execution-focused. Communicate clearly and confidently, even under pressure. Remain calm in chaos, solve problems independently, and figure things out without a playbook. Are willing to push beyond typical hours when mission-critical projects demand it. Around 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment. A proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech, AI, or digital platforms. Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn vision into execution. Experience working directly with executives on high-stakes initiatives. Mature judgment and strong communication skills in complex or high-pressure situations. Bonus : Experience in fintech, AI platforms, or founder-led companies. Location : Based in Japan (remote), collaborating closely with regional teams. Above-market compensation for top-tier performers. A high-trust role with direct access to executive decision-making.
