• Leading Financial Planning : Driving both top-down and bottom-up corporate budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Delivering Comprehensive Financial Reporting : Consolidating reports across LCBs, Countries, and Functions for insightful analysis.
• Ensuring Robust Cost Management : Managing cost-controlling activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Driving Financial Optimization : Developing and implementing strategic measures to enhance financial performance.
• Supporting Strategic Transactions : Leading carve-in / out activities, encompassing baselining, pricing, and sizing.
• Contributing to Key Initiatives and Process Excellence : Leading ad hoc projects like benchmarking and GBS roadmaps, fostering continuous process improvements.
• Providing Leadership and Managing Responsibilities : Taking on team leadership roles and handling additional planning and reporting assignments.
