We

are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Design Assistant to

support our architecture and construction team remotely. This role involves

producing accurate drawings, assisting with documentation, and updating design

files for residential and commercial projects in Australia. This position is

ideal for candidates with an architectural background and strong CAD / Revit

skills who can work independently while staying closely aligned with our design

team’s needs

📍 Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

💼 Role : Architectural Design Assistant

What You'll Do :

Draft architectural plans, elevations, sections, and

construction details based on sketches, markups, or models

Assist senior designers with concept presentations and

submission documentation

Prepare drawing sets for DA / BA submissions and tender packages

Make revisions to drawings based on internal and client

feedback

Ensure all drawings follow Australian drafting standards and

title block templates

Maintain organized and version-controlled file structures using

cloud platforms

What We’re Looking For :

Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or Building Design

2+ years’ experience in architectural documentation or drafting

(international acceptable)

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit and SketchUp

highly desirable

Familiarity with Australian residential / commercial building

codes is a plus

Strong understanding of architectural drawing conventions and

layout principles

Good command of written and spoken English

Reliable internet connection and ability to collaborate using

Zoom, Google Drive, or similar tools
