We’re looking for a Retail Manager to lead our store operations, elevate customer experience, and drive sales performance. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at Semua House, Kuala Lumpur , with occasional travel required as needed.

Job Description

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Hire, supervise, train, and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and reduce shrinkage
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally
• Implement promotional activities and ensure in‑store marketing materials are properly displayed
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Warehouse) to ensure alignment on promotions, stock availability, and product launches
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure the store complies with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
