Manager - Technical

Job Summary

Responsible for technical (civil, infra, landscaping, M&E) input for & on behalf of the theme park operator and supervise the construction / delivery process to ensure that technical and financial goals of a project are achieved within the constraints set out by the management. Responsible to lead the maintenance, repair work, renovation, construction or any other new projects under L&H department.

Key Responsibilities

• To attend and coordinate all site matters (technical or non-technical) including Liaison, meeting / discussion, correspondence and etc.
• To check all construction drawings and specifications and method statement; Liaise with the Architect, consultants and contractors on drawing discrepancies, method statement, specification and any other technical matters.
• To monitor and ensure the progress of construction / renovation / fit-out / maintenance / repair works is on schedule and complied with the required quality standard.
• To attend all Authorities' inspection.
• To monitor, control and ensure QC Policies is carried out in order to achieve the required Quality Standard.
• To liaise with other heads of department such as contract matters, approval status and future development.
• Responsible to plan, arrange and supervise the maintenance of the theme park equipment (water slides, fiberglass, attractions, pumps & filtration) to ensure minimum disruption to the park operation.
• Responsible to setup and maintain the water park's workshop and warehouse to ensure it capable to handle all technical works during park operation.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
