• Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement SAP TM solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
• Provide day to day support for SAP TM, SAP Logistics issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and elevate complex issues to senior consultants or developers.
• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and other SAP teams to understand and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, test cases, training materials, and user manuals.
• Conduct user training and provide post‑implementation support and maintenance.
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations.
