• Air Products’ Accounting Center of Excellence (COE) Development Program seeks young professionals eager to advance their careers in accounting and finance. The three-year program will provide you — as an accounting analyst — an opportunity to rotate among functional accounting teams in the KL Accounting COE, encompassing various aspects of Company’s financial reporting process. Accounting Analyst will be provided with a pathway to complete their professional accounting qualification as Air Products Shared Services Sdn Bhd is the recognized employer for ACCA and CPA Australia.
• Responsibilities include :
• Monthly accounting close, including posting of journal entries, generating and analyzing reports for the functional account(s).
• Balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of schedules to support disclosure requirements.
• Coordination with other finance, business and operation departments to process transactions and review master data.
• Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.

• Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Min. 3-6 years of work experience in Audit Firm (Big 4)
• , preferably with additional experience in Shared Services.
• Well-rounded individual with strong academic results and non-academic achievements.
• Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards.
• Quick learner with a conceptual and analytical mindset.
