Lead C&B Specialist (Relocated to Abu Dhabi)

Bybit is seeking an outstanding C&B Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement Total Rewards programs aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans that support talent attraction and retention.
  • Conduct industry and market research to identify best practices and emerging trends.
  • Perform benchmarking analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Regularly review and update salary structures, merit cycles, and bonus schemes.
  • Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits and incentive programs.
  • Manage compensation offers for new hires and internal moves.
  • Provide data-driven analytics and reporting to support BU leaders / HR in making informed pay and benefits decisions.
  • Continuously monitor prevailing pay rates to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs, recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Research employee satisfaction with Total Rewards programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement practices to improve employee engagement and the overall employee experience.

Requirements and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years HR experience, including at least 5 years in global Total Rewards management with hands-on experience in design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with strong Excel skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and senior leadership.
