Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Oversee daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
Recruit, train, and support region team as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key business partners.
Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Review and analyze the market situation and report to senior management periodically.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
At least 8 years of management and leadership experience with good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Excel, Outlook & etc) required.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
