Senior Customer Marketing Specialist – Honeywell

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Description : The Senior Customer Marketing Specialist will support marketing efforts for Honeywell Building Solutions, driving demand for Projects and Services teams through campaigns and digital marketing. As campaign owner, you will collaborate with sales leadership and offering management to increase presence, align marketing mix, key messages, and business goals. You will manage end-to-end campaigns and measure impact of end-user activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and deployment of local marketing strategy and tactics aligned with global strategies.
  • Work with Marcom COE and offering management to launch new offerings, ensuring appropriate marketing collateral, training, and launch events.
  • Update and maintain sales tools (presentations, videos, brochures, etc.) for customer-facing teams.
  • Support management of annual marketing budget.
  • Own and drive demand generation across relevant channels and verticals to deliver sales‑qualified leads.
  • Establish nurture campaigns to increase conversion of MQL to SQL.
  • Collaborate with business to run events, roadshows, and Honeywell User Groups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in communications, field marketing, or product marketing for a global organization.
  • Experience with remote work and building cross-border relationships.
  • Track record working with cross‑functional, non‑in‑country teams to deliver Marcom excellence.
  • At least 3 years experience with PowerPoint, Marketo, SFDC, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience in end‑user B2B customer marketing and emerging digital channels, with creative problem‑solving and attention to detail.
