Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage daily attendance records for local and foreign workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct regular headcount checks, shift rosters, and absenteeism tracking.
- Perform payroll checking and verification, including overtime, allowances, and deductions in coordination with the payroll team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including personnel files, work permits, and employment contracts.
- Support the recruitment process : sourcing, interview scheduling, document collection, and onboarding coordination.
- Act as a liaison between HR and operations to ensure timely communication and support for all HR matters on the ground.
- Assist in internal and external HR audits and compliance processes.
- Prepare HR-related reports and data analysis using Excel (e.g., turnover rate, absenteeism trends, overtime reports).
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and employee engagement activities.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience as a HR generalist. Experience in payroll is a MUST. Exposure to statutory is an advantage.Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; confident and vocal in presenting and liaising with staff.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis).Familiar with HR systems, time-attendance systems, and payroll processes.Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, especially related to foreign workers, is a plus.Willing to be based full-time at Subang Jaya.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
