Overview

This role is responsible for reviewing, managing, and monitoring company-wide strategic initiatives, defining objectives, action plans, and metrics for strategic projects, setting ownership, and executing projects from ideation to closure. The role also includes reviewing and presenting reports to management, providing insights and updates on the Company’s performance. Responsibilities

Manage and support the implementation of various company-wide strategic initiatives and Finance division’s internal initiatives. Define project plans, resolve discrepancies among stakeholders, use good judgment to handle uncertainties, and actively track project progress. Support the development of company strategies and business plans with respective stakeholders, including brainstorming and co-creating long-term ideas and supporting eventual implementation. Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to define scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for initiatives. Produce and / or review documentation for project approvals, planning, tender, functional documents, formal progress reports, and other project-related reports. Monitor project status and lead regular status reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. Review management reports prepared by team members and provide insights on the Company’s performance. Proactively identify issues and risks that may impact timely delivery and provide guidance and recommendations to address them. Assist Head of Department and Line Manager with other assignments as required. Takes accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and mitigates them appropriately; maintain awareness of industry trends in regulatory compliance, threats, and technologies to safeguard the company. Highlight potential concerns / risks and share best risk management practices. Qualifications

Degree in Finance & Accounting or related professional certification 7 years of working experience Familiar with computerized accounting environments Conversant with standard personal computer software such as Microsoft Office Good communication skills – written and verbal Familiar with financial systems (e.g., Oracle Financials) and TM1 (FMR) Key Competencies : Financial Applications, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Concern for Order & Quality, Team Work and Cooperation High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork Initiative to improve current processes and adaptability to change How you succeed
