About the role

Klinik Pergigian Ang Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru Johor. This full-time role will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our dental clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and assisting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality care.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Handling patient inquiries and addressing their concerns
  • Assisting dentists and dental hygienists with clinical procedures as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant, preferably in a similar healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using dental software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
