Willingness to travel internationally on short to medium assignments.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead agile project delivery, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
- Act as Scrum Master or guide team leads in applying agile practices.
- Provide regular project updates to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with clients to shape project scope and statements of work.
- Strengthen delivery methods by working with other project managers.
- Mentor and upskill technical leads to improve delivery performance.
- Produce project documentation, estimates, and commercial materials.
- Ensure systems delivered are stable, scalable, and meet operational standards.
- Work independently while escalating issues or engaging wider teams when necessary.
