• Safety and 5s
• : Focused on protecting our people and promoting a culture of heightened safety awareness, exemplary housekeeping, adherence to safe working practices, and environmental consciousness. Ensure that housekeeping activities are diligently coordinated to uphold the 5S level in the working area.###
• Effective Operations :
• Ensure effective and efficient execution of pre-mix and blending activities. Based on skill shall be able to guide, train, and mentor Wash-coat Operators to develop multi-skills and enhance their abilities in Wash-coat operation.###
• Timely Compliance :
• Ensure the achievement of Wash-coat Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by consistently completing assigned activities within the specified timeframes as instructed.###
• Quality Control :
• Implement and maintain stringent control parameters to effectively prevent the production of non-conforming Base Slurry and Wash-coat, thereby ensuring that only products meeting the required specifications are produced.###
• Documentation and Traceability :
• It is crucial to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to ensure traceability and proper identification of materials throughout the process, thereby facilitating effective quality control and regulatory compliance.###
• Versatile Support :
• Responsibilities in other sections as needed, the employee is also expected to take on any other duties within their skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. Furthermore, duties and responsibilities may be extended to other departments as and when required.### ### Requirements for the role : ### ###
• Qualifications / Experience :
• The person must possess at least SPM or Certification in technical course and technical knowledge, 5S exposure, and proficiency in fundamental computer skills.###
• Manufacturing Experience
• : Desirable experience in manufacturing industry especially in operation.###
• Attendance & Skill :
• Consistent attendance, adherence to disciplinary policies, and the ability to perform manual handling tasks in a high-load work environment are essential requirements for role.###
• Quality and Safety :
• Familiarity with Quality Management System and Safety Quality System.###
• Language Skills :
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.###
• Interpersonal Skills :
