Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled UiPath RPA Developer with 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in building automation solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end RPA workflows using UiPath. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and support teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • RPA Development : Build, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
  • Solution Design : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and design automation workflows aligned with business needs.
  • Process Analysis : Conduct process assessments, identify automation opportunities, and document As-Is / To-Be processes.
  • Bot Deployment & Monitoring : Publish and manage bots in UiPath Orchestrator, schedule jobs, and monitor execution performance.
  • Error Handling & Optimization : Implement exception handling, retry mechanisms, and continuously improve bots for efficiency and robustness.
  • Documentation : Prepare technical documentation including PDDs (Process Design Documents), SDDs (Solution Design Documents), and user guides.
  • Support & Maintenance : Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure business continuity.
  • Integration : (Preferred) Utilize Power Automate to extend automation across Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath automation development.
  • Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot management .
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts : selectors, workflows, queues, REFramework, and error handling.
  • Experience in programming / scripting (VB.NET, C#, Python) for advanced automation scenarios.
  • Knowledge of SQL / database integration for data-driven automation.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and suggest improvements.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate or other automation tools will be an added advantage.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Power Automate or other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Exposure to API integrations, OCR technologies, and AI / ML-driven automation .
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and CI / CD practices.
  • Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for automation hosting.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Good to have - UiPath Developer Certification (Advanced / Associate).
