Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. The Customer Support Executive's daily tasks will include providing excellent customer support and satisfaction through online channels, addressing customer inquiries effectively, and delivering high-quality technical support. The role also involves investigating and resolving customer issues to ensure optimal service experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Online Support and Technical Support skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
