About the Role

Are you an analytical, detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for precision and process improvement? We’re looking for a General Ledger (GL) Accountant with strong audit experience to join our finance team.

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting audits, all while contributing to our company’s continued growth and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the General Ledger : Record, classify, and reconcile all financial transactions accurately and on time.

Prepare Financial Reports : Develop precise financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support Audits : Collaborate with internal and external auditors, preparing documentation and providing audit insights.

Analyse Financial Data : Identify trends, provide financial analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Enhance Internal Controls : Leverage audit experience to recommend improvements for financial accuracy and risk management.

Who You Are

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience : Minimum 3-4 years as a GL Accountant, ideally with audit experience .

Technical Skills : Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.

Soft Skills : Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.

Bonus : Knowledge of tax principles or prior experience with tax-related processes.
