Penerangan pekerjaanSetup : Install fixtures, accessories, and tooling on CNC machines such as lathes and mills. Operation : Operate and monitor CNC machinery to perform machining tasks such as drilling, turning, and cutting. Adjustments : Monitor production, adjust machine settings and feed rates, and perform tool changes and offsets as needed. Inspection : Conduct quality inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications. Maintenance : Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CNC equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of approved and defective units and production processes. Teamwork : Work closely with engineering and production teams to refine designs and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Process Improvement : Implement strategies to enhance productivity and align results with company quality expectations. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Proficiency with CAD / CAM software packages (e.g., SolidWorks). Expertise in G‑code programming and operation of CNC machinery, including multi‑axis machines. Knowledge of materials, cutting technologies, and appropriate tooling. Skills in precision measurement and quality inspection.

Design & Programming
- CAD Modeling : Use CAD software to create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings of parts.
- CAM Programming : Utilize CAM software to translate designs into machine‑readable instructions (G‑code) and select appropriate tooling for CNC machines.
- GD&T Understanding : Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles during programming.
