Job Description

Join our international Talent Acquisition team and take the lead in hiring top talent for IT roles. In this position, you will manage the full recruitment process – from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through interviews and supporting offer stages. You’ll connect with professionals in software development and IT infrastructure, conduct market research, run direct searches, and build strong candidate relationships. Your daily work will include pre-screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate data in our systems, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is your opportunity to grow your expertise, bring fresh ideas, and have a real impact on how we shape recruitment practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

You have 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. You are familiar with sourcing methods, from job ads to networking and headhunting, and you know how to assess candidates effectively. A degree in a related field is welcome, but what really counts is your knowledge of the IT landscape, especially software development and infrastructure. You are fluent in English, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working both independently and as part of an energetic, collaborative team.
