Working Hours : 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM

What will you do?

Accurate and timely execution of processes supporting fund accounting, NAV production, and GP accounting functions across PERES Operations Fund Administration structures, including validation of manual entries, collation of accounting working papers, and presentation metrics and control data.
Perform Fund Controller activities, including validating financial reports of investment entities holding Real Estate and Private Equity on behalf of client funds.
Ensure tolerance checks are complete, investigate and clear outstanding items, and satisfy all audit and regulatory requirements, including service level agreements.
Respond to queries promptly and effectively, proposing solutions within the governance and change framework.
Build productive relationships with internal departments and support operational improvement initiatives within the Malaysia Client Operations Team.
Document activities and controls in procedures, supporting governance and risk management through professional awareness.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Relevant operational knowledge and experience (2-3 years).

Experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or business administration within financial services, preferably with fund structures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to network with agents and internal teams.

Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

At least 12 months in current role for lateral moves.

Nice-to-have

Experience with fund accounting systems like Multifonds or similar.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
