Senior Executive

Key Responsibility

• Plan, implement, and overlook the project development in the pre-development stage.
• To attend Client-Consultant Meetings, Coordination Meetings, etc
• To work closely with consultants and inter-department to ensure timely submission of development plan to authorities.
• To coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants in regard to design, engineering, construction, approval, and operations matters.
• To identify planning approval requirements and to obtain necessary authorities' approvals to kick off the projects.
• To check on development requirements of potential land such as zoning, density / plot ratio, height control, accessibility, indicative market value, etc.
• Prepare and compile required documentation including drawing for submission to local authorities and related external agencies.
• Liaising with consultants and inter-departments for payment to local authorities and external agencies for submission-related and approval obtainment.
• To compile and manage all approval documentation from local authorities.
• To prepare and submit strata applications for approval to the land office.
• Liaison and follow up with Consultants and Authorities to track the submission status for ongoing projects until receiving all clearance letters and the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
• Generate regular reports on all submissions made to Local Authorities and the Land Office also actively follow up on authorities' status updates and participate in authorities' meetings and inspections as required.
