Overview

Full-time Senior Research Assistant (holding the functional title of Project Management Officer) at the Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong (Teacher of Arts, High school Philosophy of the Arts).

Responsibilities

Lead curriculum development and implementation for a project examining the use of GenAI for language learning.

Develop school curricula and coordinate with partner schools to monitor implementation and adjust as needed.

Deliver teacher training and provide support on the curriculum.

Coordinate research data collection and analysis.

Organize workshops to disseminate project outcomes.

Qualifications

Prior working experience at schools or equivalent experience.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to coordinate curriculum development and teacher training activities.

Preference will be given to those with prior curriculum development experience, teaching training experience, and extensive experience in coordinating school-based research projects.

Contract and Start

9 months temporary term with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; commence on November 1, 2025, or as soon as possible.
