1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Purchasing officer to support our purchasing activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement for manufacturing operations and basic knowledge of inventory management.

Responsibilities

Handle daily purchasing tasks including sourcing, preparing purchase orders, and following up with suppliers.

Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store / warehouse to avoid shortages.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and suppliers.

Assist in preparing purchasing reports and related administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

1-2 years working experience in a purchasing role, preferably in manufacturing.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision.
