JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Establish and maintain a structured document control system for the project.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper classification and filing.
- Implement version control procedures to track document revisions and updates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely document submissions and approvals.
- Support the project team in retrieving and distributing documents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain registers for drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, reviews, and project closeout.
- Manage and maintain the company's document control system and processes.
- Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure that all documents are accurately filed, stored, and accessible to relevant personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Ensure documents are up-to-date and comply with company and industry standards.
- Control the issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers.
- Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure document control procedures are adhered to.
- Regularly audit documentation systems and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Archive old documents and dispose of obsolete records following company retention policies.
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation for audits or project reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in EPCC or infrastructure projects.Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with ISO standards and project documentation workflows.Job Type : Full-time
