Account Executive

Job Responsibility

Perform daily accounting operations and data entry in accordance with the Senior Account Executive's directions. Prepare monthly financial and management reports. Manage debtor collection in line with agreed trading terms. Manage supplier payments in line with agreed trading terms. Process company payments in the banking system and ensure proper submission. Conduct sample checks on Operation Executive tasks (e.g., stock take, compliance with documentation). Review and verify Admin Executive tasks (e.g., filing, documentation compliance). Liaise and communicate with suppliers and customers on accounting-related matters. Provide accounting and administrative support to the Managing Director and Accountant as required. Direct report to Senior Account Executive. Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, LCCI, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Experienced in using AutoCount Accounting Software. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. Fresh graduated is encourage to apply. Job Benefits
