Job Description :

Base on received sales order, develop monthly planning schedule and issue production job order.
Raise up required material purchase request.
Monitoring weekly WIP inventory and other part supply.
Prepare and maintain planning documents and reports.
Monitor end month production closing report for accounting purpose.
Updating customer on production progress.
Coordinate with various departments to gather information.
Work together with shipping department to ensure on time shipment.
Provide administrative support to senior officers.

Job Requirement :

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in planning, coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Good in time management, task prioritization, and working independently or in a team.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.
