Cyberjaya! In this position you will play a vital role in maintaining and governing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications, ensuring they operate smoothly to meet business needs. The incumbent collaborates across teams, supports HR staff and employees with first-line issue resolution, and serves as the point of contact for Talent Acquisition, Time & Attendance, Pay Elements, and Compensation Review—especially in plant-based environments. The role involves documenting requirements, supporting change initiatives, and recommending process improvements, while also managing training and documentation for HR data custodians. You will be : The person works closely with global HR in understanding business requirements and translating into requirements documentation and functional specifications for development. Demonstrates expertise in coordinating activities with IT in resolving technical issues Ensure the effective daily operation of all the HRIS applications (Oracle eBS absence and OTL modules) and provides support for new implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Basic project management skills to ensure results are delivered within the timeline and communication with main stakeholders is ensured. Work with vendors and cross functional teams as needed in support of the business processes and application. Manage day to day activities and business processes ensuring support Organizes and document business process changes and application changes Provide testing management support for UAT, writing test scenario’s, set-up and end user (HR) guidance during tests Mentoring and training users and less experienced team members on business processes and application navigation Establishing best practice and procedures for various business processes Testing system fixes and providing feedback to development team and users What will you bring to Ansell? Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent 5 years of experience with functional and business support on HRIS Experience with multiple cloud / non-cloud HCM modules is a must, focus on Oracle eBS, absence and OTL modules on premise Strong experience as business analyst, application administration and / or super user in a global environment, preferably manufacturing Experience with Full-lifecycle implementations (Define >
