Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP FICO professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP FICO modules to meet the business requirements. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to analyze business processes, provide SAP FICO expertise, and implement financial solutions that optimize and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and configure SAP FICO modules (FI - Financial Accounting and CO - Controlling) to support business processes.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, including documentation of functional specifications.
• Handle SAP FICO customization and configuration, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
• Conduct integration testing with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Manage the implementation of enhancements, updates, and upgrades of SAP FICO modules.
• Provide daily support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve SAP FICO-related issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and IT teams to optimize business processes using SAP best practices.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support and training.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards (IFRS / GAAP).
