Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work hands‑on to support team and collaborate across global workforce. SAP ERP knowledge is preferred. Ability to manage complexity and dynamic business situations.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for month‑end close activities such as computing and posting subsidy income accruals, tariff calculations, returns‑to‑credits, etc.
- Perform accounts reconciliation and prepare for review with managers.
- Prepare data required for reporting or audit per advice from Subsidy controller.
- Prepare reporting of subsidy to local authorities.
- Support internal controls, SOX compliance, and ensure all processes and procedures are fully documented.
- Identify simplification, standardisation and automation opportunities.
