Technical Assistant-Process Engineering (Contract 6 months)

Provide technical support to the engineering and production teams on the production floor.

Make sure all products and printing nests meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Assist engineers with process improvements, projects, and new toy development activities.

Help with machine and nest troubleshooting, and solve production issues when needed.

Maintain good condition of jigs and nests, ensure enough nests are ready for each production shift, and coordinate the making of new nests.

Keep records of toy numbers, locator numbers, and nest information updated using Microsoft Excel.

Create work orders for broken nest replacements and ensure the correct printing pads are used for each decoration and nest type.

Prepare DIJ graphics during the FEP stage and ensure all product and design information remains confidential.

Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization (5S) at the production work area.

Qualification, Skills & Experience :

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge about Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Technical Knowledge :

Skilled in repairing and maintaining printing tools / nests to support production quality.

Familiar with Adobe Illustrator software.
