Position Overview
The Employability Support Officer (ESO) plays a critical role in strengthening BELLS’ employer ecosystem. The incumbent will actively reach out to potential employers, promote BELLS’ graduates, and facilitate successful job placements. This role requires excellent communication, strong business relationship skills, and a results-driven mindset to support both graduates and employers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outreach to a minimum of 20 qualified employers through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with employers across sectors relevant to BELLS’ SCTP programmes (e.g. Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and Business Management).
- Understand graduates’ career aspirations and competencies to recommend suitable candidates for job opportunities.
- Collaborate with Career Coaches, Programme Managers, and Sales Teams to ensure effective matching between employers and graduates.
- Manage employer engagement activities and maintain accurate records using CRM tools or Excel trackers .
- Stay informed of industry hiring trends and manpower developments to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups with employers and graduates to ensure satisfaction and continuity of partnership.
- Deliver professional presentations to HR leaders and senior executives to promote BELLS’ employability initiatives.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, business development, industry partnership, or sales roles.Excellent communication and presentation skills , with a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.Confident, mature, and quick-thinking when engaging HR professionals and business leaders.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Competent in using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace .#J-18808-Ljbffr
