We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team at our Kuala Lumpur office. This role is focused on providing top-tier support to our customers primarily through digital channels. It's an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in online communication, customer relationship management (CRM), and digital problem-solving in a professional, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via online channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers.
  • Effectively troubleshoot customer issues, identify solutions, and guide them through the resolution process.
  • Meticulously log all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in creating and updating our online help-desk articles and FAQs.

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies
  • Eager to learn and passionate in Business & Marketing
  • Able to work in Headquarter
  • Job Type : Internship

    Contract length : 3 months

    Pay : RM1,000.00 per month
