We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team at our Kuala Lumpur office. This role is focused on providing top-tier support to our customers primarily through digital channels. It's an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in online communication, customer relationship management (CRM), and digital problem-solving in a professional, office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via online channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers.
- Effectively troubleshoot customer issues, identify solutions, and guide them through the resolution process.
- Meticulously log all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Assist in creating and updating our online help-desk articles and FAQs.
