Develop new product and product improvement that meet customer expectations and profit targets.Establish product information eg. product spec, nutritional, shelf life, SOP, Halal submission document, and product cost review.Conduct key ingredients evaluation and develop effective applications based on customers' requirements and within customers' development schedule.Conduct sensory evaluation on supplier sample and new product sample.Responsible for understanding trends and delivering new and innovative products that meet customer needs.Communicate with customers on product development, product improvement, product related and technical support.Understand customer brand and work closely with Business Development to develop new products to achieve business goals.Coordinate with inter-department eg. Procurement, Production, QA and QC to meet product quality.Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Materials Science, or relevant field)
- (1–3+) years of experience in a research and development role (or internships with significant R&D involvement)
- Fresh graduate also welcome to apply with reasonable expecting salary
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments, analytical techniques, and formulation processes
- Good knowledge of product development lifecycle and quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment
