Job brief :

As a Senior Sales Merchandiser, you will help the company optimize sales and profits by ensuring retail stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. Your responsibilities include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product, POSM displays, ensuring accurate price tag, and monitoring store inventory.

Maintain proper brand presentation and merchandising concepts at all times.

Ensure all POSM (point-of-sale materials) for sales, promotions, and product information are well executed.

Conduct routine retail store visits to assist with merchandise displays.

Perform regular inventory checks for assigned outlets.

Report on stock replenishment needs.

Set up and execute monthly, seasonal, and in-store promotions, including sampling activities.

Support the company’s sales and marketing initiatives.

Maintain accurate store coverage records.

Monitor promoters at assigned outlets.

Attend weekly and monthly meetings.

Prepare product movement analysis reports.

Other administration tasks in marketing, compile market info & competitor’s pricing

Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'A' Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree

At least one (1) year of experience in related working experience.

Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently.

Good communication skills. English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point)

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
