Sales Manager – Automotive Industry

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive sales, team management, and customer relationship building.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3+ years of automotive sales experience (managerial experience preferred)

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
